I have been hosted on the Planet’s servers for just under 2 years. During this time I have never had to deal with hardware or software issues. Not once have I had a customer complain about download bandwidth, not once! Prior to The Planet I had hosted on an assortment of Dedicated hosts who either had hidden charges or lousy uptime and/or bandwidth. In addition my costs never went up, and my bandwidth has always been extremely dependable and cost effective. When my people have contacted support for small issues they have always been respectful, honest and extremely responsive. I’m guessing that the gentlemen who commented before me either had other issues they are trying to reflect, or they didn’t have a dedicated server. “

I was bought a dedicated server at thplanet for my lokal forum http://www.jisportal.com/forum and for my vacation blog. i really happy to host with theplanet because the server very stable. when the server down they know what they have to do.the server never down more than one hour.. beside that i also like they support..the support team very professional hey are fast to reply the ticket..for the price they have competitive price to compare with the other hosting companies..so for you who want to buy dedicated server feel free to visit theplanet before visit the other hosting companies..theplanet very recommended for you who want to buy dedicated server..

Ok, This is one that I would advice you to avoid at all cost. I think it sounds weird but I can tell you that most of the support staff doesn’t even know about web hosting is all about in the first place. The support ticket needs quite a long time to attend to and in the end the problem still remains. I even have to get my buddies to help me on these and I know that sounds really ridiculous. Based on this factor alone, that is enough to convince me to say enough is enough. I just can’t afford seeing my site down for even an hour with no solution in sight.
