Midphase really and always will have a good reputation within the various web hosting community for providing good quality service with quick and reliable support.
Their uptime is great, It is 99.9%, I have seen my site go down only 2 times for the past 5-6 months that I have been with them.
The one drawback(which occurs rarely) that have come to my notice is regarding their FTP service.Their FTP does not work at times even when my site is up and active, but overall it is good.
But the best thing about their offering is the value for your money. You get a huge amount of bandwidth,space and you can host like 20 domains on one account which is really a great bargain .
I say MidPhase has really gone out of phase This company boasts a lot about great quality and other stuffs.All i experienced was a lot of downs and no ups in my website making career.If there was an option for giving Zero rankings i would have given them all zeros so that people can know that they aint all that great as they seem to be .
Their Support is pathetic and they have no idea of what they are talking about and to top it all up those guys in the support center are extremely rude..I REPEAT “EXTREMELY RUDE”.If those guys were in front of me i would have kicked them left and rite….So guys never ever go for MidPhase…It will be the biggest mistake that you will ever make.
Midphase is one of the most horrible webhost you would find for your website. If you want to have your site up? Leave Midphase then, it is known to keep your website down mostly! They have simply failed in their business.
Along with their really bad uptime, they have a really bad support team also! Support tickets are not given proper importance, not the phone calls. I don’t understand who needs such inferior service. I don’t say that they are robbers, but they don’t have enough skills and experience needed to do their work satisfactorily.
I recommend staying away from this webhost, if you don’t want to get in stress of keeping your site running smoothly.
