Very professional and excellent help when you get it. The value of the "basic" plan has been unreal in comparison: 1GB disk space, unlimited subdomains and a free add on domain, MySQL and PHP. For the usage side, the cPanel was the standard type and I have not problem searching for the basic functions. In conclusion, based on my previous experience I think this is one hosting plan you should seriously look into and I will think about hosting my next newly created sites with them since the 4.95 per month offer is hard to pass by. Bonuses currently include free set up of Merchant accounts for accepting Visa, Master Card and other credit cards. After reviewing my cPanel I noticed the my sites have only been down 1 minute give or take per month. For $4.95 you can not find a better deal. I gave them 4 stars for features because I see other hosts with a little more offered. But they also cost $2 more per month on average. You can't go wrong with these guys.
