Maybe they have gotten better but I have had absolutely no problems. I had some trouble moving 3 domains to HM but the support was great and the live chat tech spent almost 2 hours with me. I ended up submitting a ticket. I was bummed that it said the reply would come in 24-48 hours. The reply came in only 3 hours and the person had already done some things to my sites and 2 of the 3 were already fixed! All the unlimited stuff like domain add-ons, email accts and bandwidth is a welcome addition. Converting to a static ip was painless. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

I have been using hostmonster from the last 2 years and I am very happy with them. The cpanel is awesome. It is loaded with stuff and icons and is eye pleasing.

I am a noob when it comes to installing scripts. Hostmonster has fantastico and simplescripts installed and I am grateful to them as I was able to launch my blogs without anybody’s help.

My site is always uptime, there are some times like downtime but is is minimal.

The customer service is awesome, they are quick to respond to the customers. Even if you chat with them many times a day they are there to answer you.

Also they support unlimited addon domains, isn’t it cool. I have hosted may of my domains with them as addon domains.

They are now providing dedicated ips too, Hope they provide dedicated hosting in the future.

Well if you guys are looking for a web host that truly defines the meaning of a “bad seed”,then hostmonster is just the host you been looking for.In the first month after i bought their hosting everything went out just fine.It went real smooth with minimum problems and their customer support did take initiative in replying to me as fast as possible.They even had great uptime.But after 2 months of time,a lot of problems started to crop up and that too real fast.I had to do reboots frequently,got my databases corrupted frequently.It was a nightmare for me if you ask my opinion.So people if you are looking for a decent webhost i say you stay away from this webhost service as far as possible.

Hi. I have been using hostmonster for over 5 months now. Before buying I asked them a few queries which were answered very promptly. They also have very good live chat system. This was the main reason for me signing up with them. They provide wide range of feature including a cpanel ofcourse. They also have a lot of tie ups with different service providers like Spam protection providers, Website builders etc, which actually makes their site a one stop solution. They are also providing free (Limited) promotions with google and yahoo (PPC Campaign). Overall I would say I had a wonderful experience with them so far. They are offering very competitive rates and this makes should make them number one choice for all the new webmaster.

Well, I must say that Hostmonster was one of my least favorite hosting experiences. They do start out offering a lot with low prices and a free domain. However, before long things went downhill. Soon, I was receiving about 2-3 hours of downtime each day, and receiving no partial refund for the horrible uptimes as they stated would be granted by their terms of service. Then, they decided that my anime forum was too active and recommended that I find a new host for that particular site – after I had paid 2 years in advance of course. The problem was that there was only about 250 members and about 5 on at any given time. Talk about limiting server resources. The worst part was the support turn around. The live support was always a person who couldn’t speak English, and didn’t even have a textbook response. I am severely disappointed in the service I received there. I would recommend you try to find a more gracious host.

If there was more than 5 stars i would have given more to Hostmonster.They do deserve more credit for their expertise.I came across this host as i saw many ads about this host and some blog reviews too so i thought of giving it a try and know this guys it is the best that i have ever used.they truly deliver unlimited webspace and unlimited bandwidth if you dont abuse much of the cpu process.They provide great uptime apart from the initial ftp setup delay.Their hosting plans are lenient compared to rest of the hosting plans depending on the facilities they give.If you are looking for a webhost for multiple domains then Hostmonster is the one you should be approaching.

I am using Hostmonster for more than 2 years and for this two years i have not faced any problems from them. My site is fast, secure and running properly. And also their live support is too good. They are clearing any doubts through live chat, even they are correcting errors which i got during script installation.

And also they are giving a domain free domain for lifetime, which makes hostmonster a best place for those who want a cheap and affordable hosting.

For a small price they are giving unlimited storage and bandwidth, which helps my small business to grow.

So i prefer hostmonster.

I have been old customer of hostmonster.I was satisfied with the service and the quality of hosting services they provided.

They are reliable as they are in the hosting buisness since 1996.

Whenever i have any support or billing problem i get support in very short time as their customer service is also excellent.

The most admirable thing is most uptime i have noticed. Moreover they keep secure and reliable backup of the site whenever needed.

Last but not least if u are in search of affordable, qualitative hosting service then you are at perfect place hostmonster.

I am a Hostmonster customer for 2 years now and hope being able to continue to use their webhosting.

Whenever there is a problem or I have some question, I receive a reply within few hours (I live in Europe so there’s time shift) and never been upset by their services.

For a very low price I’ve a unlimited disk storage, unlimited domains, unlimited gigs of site transfer, almost everything is unlimited!

Last but not the least, they work on Linux Operating System, and since I’ve tested Windows with my previous host, I can say that I’d give a 10/10 to Hostmonster!

BTW I think Hostmonster belongs to the same company as BlueHost so, there’s no real difference between those services.

As any other hosting company they have an affiliate program but I personally don’t mind about it.

Hostmonster, I have used it for about 2 years. Had no issues with them in that period. The CPanel used for sites was easy to use and I had no complaints.

But last year, I updated my website to use front page but i had problem, so i contacted there help desk. Help Desk sucked, they replied it is a Microsoft issue. Do not host with Host Monster if you want to use Front Page (Microsoft)! Very disappointed on how many times I have to re-install the extensions.

After so many requests one day, they deactivate you account and do not give any information. And they didnt give back my money! Really a bad service. I’ve never seen such a worst host like them. They gonna screw you whenever they like and you can do nothing.
