I have a personal experience with bluehost.com. 2 years back i have been using with bluehost.com sevices. Coming to positives and features blueHost provides expected features of a web host such as cPanel, multiple database support, FTP, email, etc. and one more thing it provides unlimited diskspace, and unlimited bandwidth. The customer support is good and very quickly respond to the queries but sometimes we won’t get proper solution from them. Developing the websites with bluehost goes well with easy navigation of cpanel and other controls.
Besides positives there more negatives about bluehost. Bluehost services are not that much good. Their terms and conditions are very different and wont give any notice to the customers. We have to run our sites by mercy of bluehost. When we are running a social networking site, some of the users uploaded some illegal content but this blue host people suspended our site without any notice. So lost many traffic and goodwill and finally we stopped our site.
Sometimes they will stop there servers for saving the power and at the time what we will do. We faced several headaches with bluehost. They will tell to provide unlimited bandwidth but stops our site if reaches bandwidth sometimes due to lack support. I don’t know why they will do like this. First they should know customer is the god. Anyhow staying away from blue host is good for all.

However, the problem was solved with the help of technical support and luckily everything went back to normal. There are also certain features, which can come in handy like the Fantastico scripting, support for OS Commerce Shopping Cart and also for its Perl language compatibility. Definitely one of the recommended hosting provider for those looking for cheap and reliable hosting package

This looks great on this page but, the TOS (terms of service) look a different way. UNLIMITED is not unlimited with bluehost. They have the right to cancel you for what ever the reason the see fit. I was canceled for having to many small text log files. I was still under a gig total space for my whole site.
I also had issues with downtime and slow sluggish hosting. I complained to support looking for them to throw a few switches and juice me back up but I was told that the 99.(% uptime doesn’t apply to my account and I can cancel anytime!! great moving your site is a lot of fun and plan on being down for a few days when you switch away from them!!!

This webhost is not an extraordinary one in any way. They are not so good, nor too bad. Their hosting packages are really affordable ones, priced to give a tough competition to rivals. So, it is recommended for beginners to have such cheap packages. But for experienced guys, their support would seem inferior. I found Bluehost when I was trying to find unlimited bandwidth server for my game sites, my old hosting server was limiting the bandwidth and space for games. I decide to search and looking up for a reliable hosting for my game sites. Bluehost provide a most cheap and reliable hosting.
I am really keep in mind that bluehost has many customers, so I began learn deeper about bluehost. I am joining they affiliate just to see any differences and read their forum.
